January 24, 2007 Sorry. The British Columbia Regional Index site has been withdrawn as it no longer meets expectations of web users for current information. In order to keep this site up to date BC Stats requires a funding partner to cover the cost of our resources, which otherwise must be directed elsewhere. Much of the data that was available in the Regional Index can be accessed through the main BC Stats site, www.bcstats.gov.bc.ca. There you will find a much broader array of current and historical information and analysis in a fully maintained site. What is missing is the Regional Index's unique interface. Most small area data is linked through www.bcstats.gov.bc.ca/regions.asp but there are some exceptions.
